Before you upload your first video, read through these guidelines. They're short, clear, and written in plain English — no legalese, no fine print designed to trick you.

Show up as yourself. That's the whole point.
Modyrn Pulse was built in direct response to the heavily filtered, face-painted aesthetic that has taken over other platforms. We believe your natural face is not a problem to be fixed. It's the point.
We got tired of watching real people disappear behind layers of AI filters, fake lashes, and beauty tools designed to make everyone look the same. Modyrn Pulse is the alternative. No paint. No AI. No pretending.

Dramatic, performance-level makeup that significantly alters your natural appearance is not permitted on Modyrn Pulse.

Content on Modyrn Pulse must be created by a real human, for real humans. We don't have a long list of forbidden topics — we have one core requirement: authenticity.

What we will never do with AI.
Other platforms have used AI to summarize, describe, and repurpose creator content without permission. That will never happen here. Our AI policy is simple and absolute.

🔞 Age Requirement
You must be 18 or older to create on Modyrn Pulse.
To protect minors and ensure full legal accountability for content posted on this platform, Modyrn Pulse requires all creators to be at least 18 years of age. This is a firm requirement, not a guideline.
Modyrn Pulse is a creator platform, not a children's service. By requiring creators to be 18+, we ensure every person publishing content is a legal adult who can fully understand and accept responsibility for what they post — and who can enter into a binding agreement with the platform.

Requiring creators to be 18+ protects minors from exploitation, ensures legal capacity to enter platform agreements, and keeps Modyrn Pulse fully outside COPPA and minor data protection concerns.

🤝 The Creator Pledge
You earn 60%. We keep 40%.
Modyrn Pulse operates on a simple, transparent revenue model. Pulse Pro subscribers pay $12.99/month. That revenue is shared with creators based on their content's share of total streams and views on the platform.
60% goes to creators. 40% goes to the platform. No hidden fees, no label deals, no minimum thresholds. If your content gets played, you get paid — whether you have 10 followers or 10,000.
This applies to both video and music. A song streamed for 30 seconds counts as one stream. A video viewed counts toward your share. Payouts are calculated monthly.
Compare that to Spotify (~20% to artists) and YouTube (~55% to creators). Modyrn Pulse pays more because we don't have labels, advertisers, or middlemen taking a cut.
What you agree to when you publish.
By publishing on Modyrn Pulse, you make a simple commitment to the community. This isn't fine print — it's a handshake between you and every person who watches your content.

- I am a real human being, at least 18 years of age, and the primary creator of this content.
- I am legally old enough to enter into a binding agreement with Modyrn Pulse.
- My content was not generated by an AI tool — the ideas, voice, and presence are mine.
- I am appearing on camera without face-altering filters or heavy makeup that significantly changes my natural appearance.
- I understand that Modyrn Pulse will never use my content to train AI, auto-generate summaries, or change my privacy settings without my explicit action.
- I own or have the rights to all content I am uploading.
